Scope of engagements

Green Shoots takes on both focused analytical projects (typically 4–8 weeks) and retained multi-year relationships. Both models require a defined scope, a clear decision the work needs to support, and an internal client sponsor committed to the engagement.

Where Green Shoots fits

The practice sits at the intersection of capital markets, venture investing, and strategic finance. It is the right fit for investors evaluating deals, exits, or portfolio positions; and for growth-stage health care companies navigating commercial launches, partnerships, capital raises, board decisions, or strategic transactions. Green Shoots is not the right fit for pure controller, CPA, tax, or audit functions.

What we need from you

A named sponsor — a founder, CEO, GP, or board member — who owns the relationship, participates in scoping, and is available to work through the strategic questions and ensure team cooperation. Green Shoots partners with clients who are ready to think alongside — not delegate away — the important decisions.
